Strawberry and Yoghurt Vanilla Protein Smoothie
For those that love strawberries and cream, this smoothie receipe is for you!

This smoothie is perfect for hot summer days, when you’re looking for something tropical, thirst quenching, and with a protein boost. You can even reduce the amount of liquid to create a sorbet or ice-cream texture.
Ingredients
1/2 C Frozen strawberries
1 serve (30g) Roam Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 C coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt
Water or almond milk
Optional add-ons:
1/4 C egg whites for an extra protein boost
1 tablespoon cashews for good fats and extra creaminess
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until combined. You can also reduce the amount of liquid to create a smoothie bowl or soft-serve type texture.
