Warm and Gooey Chocolate Protein Brownie

This recipe is for a classic favourite, the chocolate brownie, with a nutritious spin using Roam Chocolate Protein Powder. And the cherry on top? This recipe is both gluten-free and dairy-free!



The Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp Roam Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips + some for sprinkling on top
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
- In a large mixing bowl, start by whisking together the wet ingredients – almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add in the dry ingredients – Roam Protein, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking powder. Fold gently until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie mixture into a baking pan and top with a few extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. You’ll know the brownies are done when a fork inserted into the centre comes out clean.
